Have you ever had a feeling that all the pizza that you found in the grocery store is not good enough for you?

Today, we are going to teach you how to make your own customized pizza by just using several ingredients. They are super easy to get from the super market right near your home.

Ingredients:
(for two people serving size pizza)
- Green pepper  x 1
- Marinara sauce 16 OZ
- Mushroom  x 3 or more
- Shredded mozzarella  x 8 OZ
- Frozen pizza dough  x 1

Directions:

***Preheat the oven for about 20 min at 450 F.

1. Cut the green pepper into slices and then cook it for a while to decrease the water contained in the green pepper. By doing so, your pizza won't be as wet when you finish.

What a shining green pepper!
Cook the green pepper for a while.

2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and then dry them just like what we did to the green pepper.

Cook the mushroom too!

3. After finishing step 1 and step 2, put marinara sauce on top of the pizza dough and then put green pepper and mushrooms on the marinara sauce.

Atmosphere ,Service, and Price:

The restaurant has a very homey feeling, although not the fanciest restaurant, one would feel that there are at a home.
The service was quite excellent, the manager welcomed us and gave us a details of the food adn thier ingredients. In addition, the waitress was extremely nice and continued to check on us through out the meal.
In terms of price, one can easily have a filling meal for $10-15. Which is very reasonable for ethnic food.

Pluckers

Restaurant Name: Pluckers
Address: 5500 Greenville Ave,Dallas,TX,75206

 Location and Environment

PLUCKERS reopens and it is much larger and nicer. The bar space is pretty limited. Unless you are super patient and willing to wait, DO NOT go at prime eating hours or during a popular sports games. There is a photo wall next to the main door listing people who ate most wings. If you drive , this place is about 5 minutes away from SMU.

Food

My personal favorite is Teriyaki wings. The skin is crispy and the sauce is sweet. The best thing here is their sauce and flavors you are offered. Strawberry lemonade is too sweet and garlic wings are just too greasy. Waffle fries and chicken salad meet good standards.

Service and Price

Waiters are nice and friendly, but their service is a little bit slow. We were not served until we asked for drinks, but wings were brought to table within 7 minutes after we ordered. Average spending is $15 dollars without alcoholic drinks.

Curry's Indian Cafe locates in one plaza in Flower Mound. Flower Mound is an incorporated town located in Denton and Tarrant counties in the U.S. state of Texas. It is one of the best town to live in Texas.

The overall environment of Curry's Indian Cafe looks nice. It's clean and not crowded. The staff in the restaurant are pretty nice. They recommended us as to what kind of curry entree we should get for lunch.
The counter of the restaurant.
All the meal are delivered through that small window. Behind that small window is the kitchen.

Food:

We ordered one Chana Masala, it's a vegetable entree, and one Fish Masala, seafood entree, this time. Each entree could either come with Naan or Rice.

Chana Masala is a popular dish in Indian cuisine. The main ingredient is chickpeas. It is could be fairly dry or wet and spicy with a sour citrus note. And the word, Masala, is a South Asian term for a spice mix. You can see this word a lot if you go eat in an Indian restaurant.

Chana Masala

Naan
Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread found in the cuisines of West, Central and South Asia.
Naan taste just like pizza without any toppings.

Another entree that we order is Fish Masala. It is a tomato based curry. We ordered rice to come with the dish for this entree.

Fish Masala

Rice
Rice plays an important role in Indian diet.

Besides the entrees that we ordered, we also got free soup. It is a kind of curry based soup with lot of vegetable inside it. It was very delicious. And if you want more, you can even ask then to refill the soup for you! They won't charge you any extra money.

Free soup

Service and Price:

Lets talk about the price of the food that we ordered. The total with tip was around $30.00 which is not expensive at all for what you receive.
The service was quite excellent, so examples being;( ex: you could ask then to make your dish extra spicy. You can ask for more soup. Staff in the restaurant are friendly. )

All the food for today's lunch!

North Chinese Restaurant

North Chinese Restaurant,
Address: 3100 Independence Pkwy Ste 322 Plano, TX 75075

Stir Fried Edible Fungus with Yam

Stewed Chicken with Chinese Mushroom

Northern Style Noodle Soup

Shredded Pork with Dry Tofu and Jalapenos

The first stop on our trip was the North Chinese Restaurant, which is known for its Northern style Chinese food. Northern style Chinese food is known for being bold and salty. The noodles are made with wheat. In the southern part of china people normally eat rice. They normally don't eat noodles.

The first dish listed named; Stir Fried Edible Fungus with Yam. The fungus or cloud ear fungus comes from the northern part of china. Also noted this is where Cong originates from, the place with the cloud ear fungus.

The second dish; Stewed Chicken with Chinese Mushroom, this dish is very famous in the northern part of china. The land of Cong. The ingredients used to make this dish is; Chicken, Dry Mushroom, Green Onion, Ginger, Star Anise, Dried Chilly, Soy Sauce, Salt, Sugar, and Alcohol. NOTE: it would be better for you to use dried mushroom instead of fresh mushroom, because dry mushroom adds more flavor to this dish.

The third dish; Northern Style Noodle Soup, is a very interesting dish, all of the ingredients are first cooked separately then they are placed together in one pot and they are then cook again together. After they have been coked, the sauce in the soup is thickened and then the sauce is poured onto the cooked noodle.

The forth and final dish; is Shredded Pork with Dry Tofu and Jalapenos. This dish is from the Cong's Land. It is very spicy. The tofu from Cong's land is very famous a crossed all of china. Especially this type of dried tofu. The tofu is thin, but not chewy although it is soft.

The the reason the Land of Cong has lots of tofu, is simply because there is lots of soy beans that are grown.
